Our Wraparound club at Judith Kerr runs 4:30pm – 6:00pm Monday – Friday during term time (not bank holidays or last day of term when school finishes early) and the club is open to children in Reception – Year 6.

Children are collected from their first club and registered with us before club starts.
We have a wide range activities on offer each day for children to choose from;

All bookings must be paid for prior to attending. If payment is not made, your child/children will not be able to attend Wraparound.
If you provide your son/daughter with a snack to have with us, please ensure it is NUT FREE. We do have fruit available if needed.
Timings prices and payments (Autumn 2025)
• 4:30pm – 6:00pm — £8.50 per child per day
To pay via a childcare voucher, or Tax Free childcare account, please submit your booking (with the balance outstanding) and then email us with your voucher provider. We will then send you our reference for payment and once funds are received, your balance will be cleared, and you’ll be sent a receipt.
If you would like to set up a payment plan for a block booking, this needs to be approved by management. Please email us to organise this.
On-the-day bookings
• Bookings on the day can be made up until 3:30pm, subject to space.
• Please email to organise this.
• If a late booking is made but not paid for, attendance will not be granted.
• Childcare voucher payments cannot be used for on the day bookings.
Collections
If your child/children are being collected by another adult, family member, or going home with another family after a club, you must email in advance to confirm before collection takes place.
Late fees, amendments and cancellations
• Collecting past 6:00pm will incur a flat fee of £10 for the first 10 minutes per child.
• Collecting later than 6:10pm will incur an additional £5 every 5 minutes thereafter.
• Late fees must be paid before your child/children’s next day of attendance.
We can offer credit for a missed club is 24 hours notice is provided
We can make cancellations and amendments to block bookings and will offer credit/refunds on a case by case basis. If the date of a booking has passed, we can’t offer anything.
